I thought I needed more value from my career to feel good about myself. It turns out the opposite was true.

That’s when Hustle Less Law was born.

Hustle Culture is the myth that a non-stop, work grind is the only worthy route to success and personal satisfaction. This fairytale is sold by anyone who profits from another’s belief in it and bought by well-meaning, driven, but gullible, individuals who haven’t defined success for themselves just yet. It is reinforced regularly by wealthy people who engage in heavy historical revisionism about how their wealth arrived after endless personal sacrifice. Hustle Culture teaches us that our work is our path to happiness.
